By creating an account or using CatchUp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

CatchUp is a communication platform that helps users coordinate and schedule group calls. Our Service uses AI technology to analyze calendar availability and find optimal times for group conversations. The Service includes:

• AI-powered scheduling and call coordination
• Group call management for 2-10 participants
• Calendar integration and availability analysis
• Notifications and reminders for scheduled calls

3. User Accounts

To use CatchUp, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CatchUp to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or make unwanted calls
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Communication Services

CatchUp facilitates voice calls between users. By using our communication features, you acknowledge that:

• Calls may be subject to carrier charges and data fees
• Call quality depends on network conditions and device capabilities
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from people you invite to calls
• We do not record or store call content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CatchUp AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as profile information and group names). By submitting content, you grant CatchUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

CatchUp may integrate with third-party services (such as calendar providers). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATCHUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatchUp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
